I know that intruding Istana to spray paints is very very possible, and does not need CIA KGB trainings to do so.

If Ang Moh painted Istana walls and fled to a country like Russia immediately, post the video on Youtube, LHL have to suck his own thumb and count the days before his 3rd cancer resume.
