Yes, JiAn KTV, must ask for either 4/5 floor. The others are abit old. They are currently building a whole new block of KTVs and will be opening soon. Maybe, next time you go in August, you can try out the new facilities.

Flour price increase alot so no cake on the first day of party night. :p
