It doesn't matter who you fuck. There is always a risk that you'll catch one or more STDs in the process.
Condoms do not provide 100% protection and they also do not protect against viral infections such as Herpes and Genital warts. This is because these diseases are transmitted by skin to skin contact via areas of that are not covered by a condom. (eg the base of the penile shaft and the scrotum).
If you're worried about catching STDs, do NOT indulge in commercial or casual sex.
