No prob. Just a few simple best practices:
1. Text to book - confirmation w address (for first time booking)
2. Text to confirm (1hr 5 mins) prior to appt time.
3. Text to inform upon arrival.
Please make sure if you inform the ml as early as possible if you couldn't make it. Informing 5 to 30 mins before appt time will likely get you a bad record.
last of all, remember to keep your msg simple.

But yea, not slating the trade, but some of them are young and probably get tons of messages considering how their numbers are on various sites. If it gets too hectic, I'd assume they'd focus on their regulars and just plainly ignore the rest or unfamiliar numbers.
