I think you all overthink also.
Firstly, if the girl don’t want and you force it on her, out of spite and anger she will/might report you for rape. But for there to be a case there must be evidence, like a bro said, she would have struggled, scratch or bite you and the site of penetration will likely show signs of tear and violence if she doesn’t agree to it. If she was consensual there is likely to have no such evidence. If you wanna play rape role play with her of course got danger but I still think the kind of violence administered is very different, you won’t go and hurt her that bad if it’s simulated right? Unless you quite perverted la then maybe serve you right lol.
Secondly, if she gave consent cos you paying more already, you think she would really try and play punk to get you into trouble so she can get more money? End of the day here the law is strict but also fair, I don’t think you will easily get charged if there’s no strong evidence. Not to mention her job (she can try to hide but once report to police she cannot lie already la, confirm can find out one) doesn’t help her case usually. You will probably get into some form of trouble but if you can somehow prove you already paid but then there was dispute cos the amount was deemed lower then very likely she has little case. A different scenario but I remember years ago some young rich guy brought a drunk girl home to have sex but eventually acquitted cos he had eye witnesses in the club the two of them were acting intimately with one another meaning he was made to believe something could happen even though the events that unfolded in the bedroom seems to indicate she did not want it. So it’s not like the girl wins all the time.
Lastly, they come here to work and make money. By really reporting you she is basically cutting off her route. She will get found out for working here as ML, work pass evoked, never able to come back and then have to be sent home after case close. Most if not all of them will not want that record to stick with them, as this means money lost. Not saying they will not report you for rape ah don’t get me wrong, but if it’s consensual with right compensation paid I highly doubt they will play punk due to repercussions.
