There are actually quite a few motorbike guys doing what you say in that area,and one of them actually work at the Sinar Bulan Food court,helping out at the satay stall if i dont remember wrong.

You will need to take note of a few things.

Utama area is usually between 100k to 150k (max 200k,which is high).

I went back from harborbay batam ferry terminal, this terminal has lesser people, suit me better! ^^
