Hi Dragon
I was at BATS on the evening I arrived as I was staying in Shangri-la. I was with a girl so no one approach me but I did see some girls approaching some chinese man. Overall, the quality of girls in BATS is lousy. It cannot be compared to the girls I saw in the KTV than SGP bought us to. Those I saw in the KTV really nose bleed case and I'm not talking about just a handful! I could now understand the term: spoilt for choices. Ya ya I will report to you all. In fact, I have just arrived about 2 hours ago from Shanghai. I was at KTV called Ten thousand purples One thousand Reds (Translated literatlly from Chinese, cheonging with a friend. Wah lau, also nose breed man. Looksee, if you nose-bled the other night when we cheonh that place, at this joint, I think your blood will run dry. We know the Papasan very well, more than 50 girls to choose (in batches). I picked a 'dolly' face Shanghainese girl with no intention to bed her, as I have spent my bullet in the afternoon at HongKong city, serviced by a girl from ShuZhou. Fun man! Looksee, I will be in Shanghai at the very begining of September, as I need to be in Beijing at the end of August for a Conference. Looksee is right, like in Singapore, more people going together means each one would pay less. My damage at that night was higher as I brough my fresh and sweet girl home. As we left before 1030 pm, I had to pay 100RMB as a fine for the girl to leave earlier. I did not pay the girl the usual RMB 300 tip as it was included in the 'package'. Well, I was lucky as we clicked so well that I have a 'buy one gets one free' deal with her. We chit chat almost everyday during the remaining of my stay in Shanghai. Looksee, next time we cheong Shanghai, I would do like you, bring the girl along. About expenses, I was at that place two days ago as mentioned in my last post. We had a small room, with minimum charges of RMB 680 ( and we did not finish the amount), Papasan and two girls RMB 900 total, and the young girl who did the misc chores RMB 200, hence total about RMB 1800. I think the one I went with Looksee and SGP, the mininmum charges was RMB 1200 ( I may be wrong). There are variations, and they go according to the quality of the girls. An mid-size room tha able to house 5-6 pax cost about RMB1,600 instead of RMB 1,200 as compared to Qun Xing Hui............ Planned your next trip timely and we shall all go there and do the Samster Shanghai Alumni proud here bros! Well, I would have several days in Shanghai next time, and will be arranging with Looksee to go togehter and we will be staying together at the same place that we talked about the night we met in Cross Road. Is this where the "Four Beauties of Dalian" reside: 5-7 Shan Xi Road (south), Shanghai,P.R.China. Could someone give an assessment of Qun Xin Hui (Original) vs this new branch? In terms of costs and overall quality? Can't the gals at Qun Xin Hui (HQ) give those Dalian gals a run for their money? thanks

I don't know why people are paying over 2000rmb for overnights in SH? Are all the girl look so damn fine that warrants 2000rmb a night? There is one TianShangRenJian in almost every big city. I know the one in Beijing pretty well. It was a fun place where you could really find very very pretty chinese ladies. I remembered having seen some of them came to work driving expensive cars. The standard has since dropped. I have stopped going there for the past one year during my monthly trip in Beijing.
You pay RMB 120 (I think) to enter the joint, which entitles you to one free drink. After you have entered the place, you will be surrounded by girls (The ratio of Girls/Men was used to be 3 to 1), each asking you to buy her drink and sit down with you. Okay, you pick one, and she sits down, you buy her a drink, and you two start talking, blah...blah..... When you leave the place, you would have to give her tip of about RMB 300- 500 (for not doing anything with her, but talking). What a waste of time and money if you are in for something. You may talk to her about extra services during the next day, and the asking rate can be as high as RMB3000 (Do not go for this unless she is coated with gold), you can negotiate. The most I have paid was RMB 1200 with a dinner thrown in for her. In the old Sammyboy forum, there had been many FRs on how they get freebies from these girls. Trust me, maybe one in a thousand (if not ten thousand) amongst the cases reported in the FRs is true (unless you are very very handsome, or any reason that the girl really likes you). On the whole, if you want to bed a chinese lady, this is not the place. There are so many KTV's, bars and private joints in Beijing, why go for this one. There are other three establishments like TianShangRenJian in Beijing. I have been to all of them, and they operate in about the same way. My 2 cent worth Quote:
