i think is practise.. Just endure as long as you can everytime you fuck. I rmb I used to shoot within 5mins too. But as times goes by. just tahan as long as possible each time. Never timed how long I can last, but probably in the 10 to 15 minutes range for penetration. Maybe less? Most important, it's long enough for my regular girls to cum once or twice each time.

My own tricks:

• Personal observation: If too little foreplay, I cum faster after penetration. So I make sure have enough foreplay.
• Add to above, if I focus on pleasuring her, my arousal level comes down to a calmer state but not turn soft. Like at a plateau of arousal but not too high.
• Let her ride me first, usually less stimulating for me. She can also control and ride herself to her first orgasm. But this is me... from reading this thread, some guys will cum fast with cowgirl... so you need to find out what it is for you.
• Vary depth, length of stroke, speed and angle when I have thrust control.
  • Reason for speed is obvious, I guess.
  • Angle will control which part of your head is being simulated most.
  • Stroke length: long strokes is more stimulating for me, but the correct angle helps me to maintain.
  • Depth: the deeper in, I feel, the less simulation. Short deep strokes help me maintain, but makes her feel filled and pounded.
  So trial and error until you figure out what works. Also good when she wants you to cum with her... you can adjust to cum faster.
• In missionary, I also like to bend over and lick/suck her nipples. The awkward position shaves off some of the stimulation for me, but the nipple work makes her high.
• Positions: Some positions are just more stimulating then others. For me doggy is always the last position... seldom can control in doggy.
