Correct if I am wrong, I suspect you do not have much experience in sex.
Men do have sensitive point like girls who have G-spot...avoid too much rubbing at those area. You need find out which area on your dick is more sensitive.

My little tips:
1. Don't just concentrate on your dick's feeling
2. Try pumping in different angle
3. Move your dick in circular rather than in-out motion
4. Slow down or take short breaks (like 15sec) when feel cumming; kissing and passion touch your partner during the breaks

Recently there is a article in paper saying that average a girl will reach orgasms between 5-8 min. It also stated that any session (Not including foreplay) max should have is 10min. Anything more than that is tiring and no longer have enjoyment.
