Those hot MLs, one day 8-10 customers. Minus off rent and agent and website fees, working 28 days a month, earns between $15k-$20k per month. I will not go into details of each costings. If you know, you know what i mean.

Even if i also earn $15k-$20k, no good reason to tip unless service was way above expectations. Those earning less than that and still give big tips like big brother, the MLs are laughing at you carrots. Earn so much less than them and still give money like dai gor dai. This is the fact. Only in singapur. Talk to PRC chiongsters and the MLs, they will tell you how demanding customers in mainland are. Pay money for ABCD, better deliver ABCD, or else ...

I never tip any ML no matter how good. I only give a bit more if I overshot my slot close to 30mins, i feel that is only fair.

The issue I feel with tipping is, today you tip, then next time you RTM same ML you don't tip meh? This creates those unnecessary questions, she may feel you don't find her service good anymore so no tip this round. Worse atill is for us customer if feel obligated to tip again coz done it once, then became all RTM have to tip? Might as well save it to to RTM her more regular. Lastly, unless the tip is substantial, else those $10-20 tipping won't be a difference maker to the ML. Imo tipping opens up a can of worms, when it comes to $$ it is always sensitive. Hence i stuck to my no tipping policy

Guess that also counts as tipping.

Just like food n fruits, if the ML dun like or find it a hassle to take the stuff (especially those soft toys) back home, they will either dump it or give to some customers.
