Bich Anh is at 25 Hanh Thuyen, which is walking distance from 14 Thi Sach.

Any guys still going to 14 Thi Sach??? That place sucks man! service really sucks now! Can make u sit in room for 2 hours and could not bring any dishes to the room!!! I used to go there but now will not recommend wasting time going to 14 Thi Sach at all!

Apparently, no 11 Thi Sach is good... had a buddy (who's an old timer here) says it is good... haven't tried it myself yet.

And no... since your last warning, have not been back to Thi Sach. The other place I go now is at the end of Au Co, place called "Sing Club". Used to be called the "Sherraton" until the hotel sued them

Or... just say "phong vip". The word "phong" is pronounced with a down-tone, pronounce phong as you exhale (just like you're sighing). I think man mandarin is "3rd tone". the word "vip" pronounce it as a word with flat tone (rather than spelling out v-i-p)... that should work.
