Try to check thru the thread and found most are related to MP. Is been 9 months since last visit to Hanoi, is the Fortuna basement Boss still open?? Any better cheong place to venture? Heard the Apocalyso is closed? Hope all the brothers in Hanoi can give some update. Thank you.

The current hot night spot is NEW CENTURY.
Its pretty decent with many FLs of differing standard. If you wanna pick a good one, go early around 10.30pm. Any later and you settle for left over.

ALL,
Manage to get an English spoken driver that provide very decent "cheong" place in Hanoi. Last 2 days, venture to 3 places and rating is good not below average. Short summary: Place 1: Karaoka with 3 gl (VN 500K for 4 beers+snacks) and "bong" 1 of them at upstair room for VN200K Place 2: NamHong local hotel, call in 20 yrs student and bong for VN400K Place 3: FL for VN300K at 4 star hotel (bring in b4 11pm) Any brothers intersted can PM me for the contact. have fun in hanoi.

Wonder if any kind brudder could provide info on those hotels in the US$20 to US$30 per night
Would be there on 1st Oct to 4th Oct for some sightseeing and maybe some cheong activities.

i'll be in Hanoi next month,8th to 11th. anyone there?? i m backpacking alone and will most likely be staying at a budget hotel in the old quarters,any recommendation? all tips and advice will be much appreciated.

dunno how to use this forum yet so here goes...
will be in Hanoi from 8/10 to 11/10. backpacking alone and will most likely be staying in some budget hotel in the old quarters. necer had paid services even when i was in bangcock.and i intend to keep it that way. but picking up non working girls is a different story eh??  all tips and advice will be greatly appreciated.
