Sapa Town Lao Cai... i think they are 2 different places.

Sapa up in the hills, still a very popular place and cool throughout the year.

Lao Cai - at border with China.. many things to buy there and also lots of party places I was told.

I think in Sapa, I have not been there but should be able to bullshit them that I was the decendent of the Long lost dragon... so far a few provinces allows me to do that.

Just returned after 1 week business trip there. Should have checked SB earlier to find kakis to bring me ard.

Dunno where to go and ask hotel ppl and they just say "dunno"
