Wilby Residences is a serviced apartment place in Bukit Timah. Haven't heard of any WL in that area before.

Sure, Wilby Residences sounds like one of those typical condos in our favourite playgrounds, but no point speculating and raising the alarm unnecessarily.

The Wilby residences one, confirmed cases has a 41 year old female from Taiwan. The other two recorded are all SG female leh. Something else that trigger? What's the relation?
