Nowadays Cantonment is no longer the lead enforcement agency for these raids. The Police HQ in which the targets are located are usually tasked to be the lead agency in these raids while the specialists like the AV, CNB, SSB, ICA etc take on the supporting units role now.

I guess they are experimenting with various policing methods.

Well, we should not also just talk about expectations of how a ML will treat you. There should be some questions posed of ourselves, like you mentioned. Good personal grooming may bring you further.
