MW has a desk at the main entrance manned by a staff whose job is solely to record the particulars of guys visiting the ladies there. Name + NRIC/FIN + room number must be recorded into the register book (different from the hotel registry). This register book is for AV inspection as the ladies plying their trade in MW are on white cards under AV supervision.

As for bumping into other people... there is only 1 lift and it is heavily used by guests/staff/visitors.... so you are bound to bump into others.... unless you wish to use the stairs.
