Most of the FRs there are highly exaggerated. There may be some truth in them, but the bad points are conveniently left out as it is likely that the ML requested her customers to write good reviews for her on that site.

Also, posts have to be approved by the admin first before they can be seen by others, so bad reviews are rejected to give the impression that the ML is good.
