Why are you so fixated about the database thing? Everyone started with no records so just let nature take its course. Even MLs whom agrees to input for you may forget or lazy to write. Even if you in the records eventually don't mean you will get the MLs you yearn to meet. Tons of variables before the stars will align so don't get so hung up in the database thing. If not fated to meet any particular ML then just move on, there will always be new blood replacing the departees.

As mentioned before, you may already be in the database but with a bad remark that you yourself didn't even realise. For example, someone take too long to shoot and though the ML seems friendly she may still input "难出‘.’

Mainly coz nowadays most on long passes so will be very cautious, don't want to risk kena caught before they even break even. Some well reviewed MLs may end up disappointing session while other not reviewed MLs may become your most beloved ML. Just take a relaxed approach lah. You will be surprise that most of the time MLs will automatically input us without even asking, some due to community service to benefit all their peers, others because you left a good impression so they want to give you a good rep. By all means remember to ask them to input you, but don't place too much emphasis on it lah. Cheers
Rental is about 7k plus, why some mls persisted in the rental because these units rented are close to roads...can view outside to see what is the incomings and outgoings to avoid AVs with heighten security...coupled with subscriptions to different databases and work passes...its close to 10k. Anything beyond that will be their earnings...
Assuming they work everyday, the 4th customer daily will be their earnings...any numbers below 3 customers...they are using these to pay the above
Using our own salary as comparison, other than housing loans paid monthly, you will have other expenses that saps away at the earnings. So while they do earn, we have to stop assuming they become 'millionaires' after their time here. The middleman/ agents will keep taking advantage and keep increasing rental, and the ones that suffers is us.
The MLs used to share they need to keep moving every one or two weeks, but it is just a musical chair in my opinion. One ML moves out, another ML moves in, and how safe is that?

I think $450 are those that came sg empty handed.
Meaning ML forked out zero dollars. The agent will paid up front for their permit, room, towel, tissue, oil, CD, advert etc.
But once they start work, they have to pay back $450 daily.
So you get to see many WK MRs floating around. The MRs are part of the package.

Bro. As a relatively new cheongster (3 months by far), my initial journey wasn't easy just like yours, I was ignored by 90% of MLs.
Remb there was one ML I have texted her almost every day to try to convince her. She's kind enough to reply me every day but just simply won't accept my booking until my number appears in her database (BTW there are so many databases out there).
Finally, managed to book another kind ml that doesn't look at database and got her to input my record. Also convinced her to send me a screenshot of my record (of course have to mosaic her name to protect her identity).
With the screenshot you can forward to ML that says you have no record, that will probably help.
Timing is also critical - if ang pai ML biz is thriving or too windy during that period, then she probably won't take the risk to accept new customers. Just go spin around other MLs, and try to book her again few weeks later.
