Is she another vanilla ?
She is not vanilla. Been here almost 1 year already. Last week she on holiday and today start work. I tried her earlier in the noon. Here is my humble review:
Location: As per listing, near station, walkable, nice apartment, clean, she is alone

Yeah, need the pros to define 'vanilla'....haha...but I do think she might be selective (open to only certain ppl), which makes her not a good universal recommendation (only those that manage to get more will be impressed and RTM). I will try her again at the end of this month to see if anything improves or reduces.
