When i started 10 years ago, i had a hard time understand the text instruction because of they are mostly in chinese and not familiar with their ascent (sometimes they called and gave verbal instructions). Ended up late for the sessions. But luckily so far did not get scolded by MLs.

Smart MLs will give text instructions in both chinese and english instructions. That helps a lot as the younger local customer usually not well verse in Chinese.

RTM a few days ago, services still the same , but can feel she feeling off since she is usually bubbly and playful. Asked her about it and she told me that cos she is not really feeling well and think maybe her menses coming, then she apologised to me for it.
