I can understand most girls will feel less presentable when not wearing make up or less confident when they’re not dressed in the season’s latest fashions. Actually it’s not a lot to ask: Being comfortable in our own skin—but today’s society and media set the beauty bar impossibly high, it’s hard to appreciate what we see in the mirror.
