hi all bros
thanks to all bros who helped me out on the china visa query especially bro tony stark (your information given is invaluable! thanks!). my plan is to actually drop into Zhuhai from HK. however, after reading the FRs on ChangPing, am thinking of going there as well! i know there is a train/MTR from HK which will go directly to CP within 1hour+. But now i am a little confused. Should i go to ZH first, then from ZH onto CP or should i go to CP first then onto ZH and back to HK? i know from HK to ZH i can take the ferry to Jiuzhou port. From HK to CP i can take the train/MTR. But the question is, from ZH how to get to CP (and vice-versa) and how long? What are the options? Thanks to all bros for putting up with my questions.

From ZH .. it's easy to get to CP ... there r buses/coaches at ZH Gongbei to CP .. alternatively if u travel with some friends, u can book a private car all the way to CP ... depending on type of vehicle .. cost between 350 to 600rmb .. journey take slightly more than 2 hours ... no confusion, bro ... u can stay in ZH for a few days before going to CP ... then back to ZH from CP to catch the ferry direct to HKIA ... or u an go direct to CP from ZH ... stay a few days in CP .. then back to ZH .. stay a couple of days ...

Perhaps it will be better to keep CP FRs in CP thread to benefit as well as not to confuse newbies looking for information. An impt latest news. I heard that there is a serious well planned raid in ZH last nite. More than 400 police were deloyed to selected ktvs and hotels. Guess tis raid is unavoidable. The sooner the better. When I was there a few days back, I can feel tat the situation was tense n uneasy. Not really a good time to have fun, esp after news that pple was raided in hotel rooms for prostitution. Imagine you sleeping in middle of nite, and police came knocking on ur doors. U will be in a big pool of shits. Thanks to some high profile joker who posted something so openly tat ridiculed the ZH police presence n efficiency, it became inevitable tat the ZH police flexed their muscle these few days. Need to take extra precaution if you intend to go there or are already there these few days/weeks, esp with the Olympics. Even going to ktv may not guarantee you a gal for ON, because the ktv mgt is wary of undercover police operation, so it is good to know a few familiar local pple who can genuinely help u.  Juz a few simple tips if you are in ZH now. 1) Keep low profile, dun attract unwanted attention. Keep sober. 2) Be wary of pple following u in lifts or to ur hotel rooms. They may be undercovers. Bring them for a walk abt instead. 3) Get a familiar person to go ktv if you still intend to go look for ON. Ask kv gals to change into their normal clothing thereafter. 4) Get to know ur gal's basic info, eg name, age, hometown, and let the gal know urs. In case of raid, explain tat she is ur galfriend. These basic info will usually save ur ass, when police are juz conducting a check. 5) Police will usually fake u into making a confession by saying other party already confessed. Make ur own judgement. In the worst case, dun cover up. Confess n pay a hefty fine before bailing out. Gal will be jailed for a few months though. Juz a reminder, like magazines n other media, tis forum is accessible to public. Posting of pics, numbers on forum could post a potential danger to urself as well as the gals, making them easy targets. PRC police are not stupid. Hope this will be over soon and be a lesson to those jokers. Bros still in ZH now, have a good fun but be safe. Cheers!
