I've secured tix to macau in feb 09 meaning i wont be spending V day alone this year!! this is the first time i'll be heading to china cause i used to be crazy about thailand. so before embarking on my virgin trip i did my research in this thread. I started reading posts 1 yr back so i guess i covered 200 plus pages. I've consolidated my findings but i ain't sure whether these are updated enough, so bros pls give me your comments. I'll up any bro 4 humble pts with any advice offered whatsoever, thanks.

Hotel - Jia Li Wan Hao >$300?
or Chang An New World $350?

Sauna - Chang An New world $388 - Std fuck job with decent looking gals.
Mai Hao $618 - Full acrobatics including renowned red ropes, girls soso.

Massage - Milan, Tai Ping Yang.

Disco - Xia Ri Qing Huai, Bar 88.

Food - Jin Yue Xuan (pricey but good), Mao Jia Fan Dian, Seafood at WanCai,
You Ji Chu Fang (highly recommended)

Is tipping of mummy and waitress the norm? if so then $100 for mummy and $50 for waitress enough? And since bros have said arriving early(6.30pm) is impt for better gal selection, should i just enquire about charges at the entrance before entering the premises.

as for the ktv ... no need to tips mommy ...
onli tips the KJ 200rmb ...
all tips r not include in the bill ....
u can always check with the mommy or manager on the ktv room rate minimum charges ...
u'll need to call them to book the room in advance expecially on weekends ...
be there at abt 6.30pm to have the better selection of gals ..

for ktv .. u can also try 长安KTV or 王府 KTV or the new one located at JiaLiWanHao Hotel ....

We just calculate based on normal commission charge by an agent for a sell-buy for a 4 room HDB in SG, average selling price is around $300k (could be higher in most of the case), she or he can make $300k*2%(seller) + $300k*1%(buyer) = $9k per transaction before minus expenses, he or she should make more than $5k per transaction. Do you mean you are always selling 3 room flat or always depends on other junior agent to help u to find buyer or seller, so that you can split commission with them (like a beggar)?

I guess he also tough to keep earning $5k per transaction, especially when SG HDB prices still not dropping yet, to find a seller willing to sell their HDB at ~$175k is very tough, that's why he call him top agent.
