Packages include ferry round-trip and specials like massage, etc... and one shot only. Ask the coupon seller for exactly what's included - at 18 I think you get a scrub down by the shower ladies. At Sanado/East spa you get a foot massage, body massage and/or bb shower. Oh, might have to top up your coupon if the girl is a model or higher class than what your coupon gets you. If the staff is responsible they will tell you how much you have to top up.

Sauna-only cost varies, but usually from 400 to 600 HKD or so, depending on the place - some places this means you get 12 hour access only (getting a girl usually means u have 24 hour access).

Buy at Hong Kong ferry terminal (either Central or Kowloon) - I'd suggest NOT buying from anyone other than the official sellers at the ferry terminals...
