rush hour means 5 - 6pm...sure la where got Vnese eat dinner so early...other places locals started drinking so you saw crowded...chef still the same la...his biz are usually tapao...or family dinner...why pass by..,just drop in to try sample the food then you know...anyway will not answer your question anymore if you never tasted the food...
