Let me give u a quick summary of what kinda mongering country vietnam is, its a country filled with scammers ie if you a foreigner you will be scammed..secondly as its illegal, prositution its very much hidden, but due to a legal loophole its possible to get bj easier than to get fs, so now what you have is a divided scene, one for locals which is very much hidden, cheap and good, but its done in evironments that is less than ideal for westerners, then you have the market targeting tourists which is generally filled with scammers and short cut takers ie bad servcie providors.
Thus in terms of bbbj u can get that at the barber shops spread through out the city but the issue is how do u communicate what u want, get a good price and distinguish it form a normal barber shop and they are everywhere except district one, the western exposed area. You can also get bbbj in cafe om and in massage parlors and again the location is as per the barber shops.
Next there is a HUGE market for freelancers, but again getting their numbers is difficult, you cant see their faces just pics of their bodies, and then organising the meet up is a hassles, they busy, arrive late etc etc.
There is the local secret brothels, which is what i deal with.
There is the tourist market of pimps, bars etc and the price is higher than it is in thailand, and often with accompanying bad service.
Then there is the bia om, kTV, and there before u even get the girls u will have had an outlay of 100-200usd through drinks and other charges.
There are also street girls which i would advise against, and also "decent" girl whores, ie decent girls who act like whores ie they will sleep with you after you have spent enough money on them.
Well said...summarized the whole flesh trade in wetnam...

a) Loss of Investment from Foreign Investors;
b) Loss of Income to Vietnamese and the Government;
c) Higher Inflation;
d) Higher Crime Rate (when people do not have a stable job)

Furthermore, the rich Vietnamese will take this chance to monopolise some of the trade. I hope this incident will end soon. Let all pray and hope cos I going there for a business trip soon. If not I think I going to cancel the trip

Many thanks for this specific information which addresses what we - who ARE in search of new mongering destination need to know!

IMHO, most information in location specific threads are understandably posted by knowledgeable habitués of such location and as such, it takes for granted that those reading are at least familiar with the place..... and thus do not include the basics that you have now written!

Thanks!

Arrow Singapore Voices Concern to Vietnam Over Flag-Burning Incident

Source: https://sg.news.yahoo.com/singapore-...023239185.html

By Hannah Teoh | Yahoo Newsroom

The Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has issued a strong statement to the Vietnamese government over the burning of a Singapore flag during a protest in Vietnam.

According to an MFA statement, the flag was burnt by protesters in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) in Binh Duong on 13 May.

Local media reports say that the protesters may have mistaken the Singapore flag for the flag of China.

The MFA spokesperson said: “This is a serious incident. The flag is a sacred national symbol and should be treated with respect.”

The Singapore embassy in Hanoi also urged the Vietnamese government to ensure that such an incident would not be repeated.

Beijing’s decision to deploy an oil rig into part of the South China sea claimed by Vietnam has triggered deadly anti-China protests in Vietnam.

Protesters have torched and looted Chinese-owned factories, but Taiwanese, Hong Kong, Japanese and Korean factories have also been trashed after protesters mistook them for Chinese companies.

So far, Singaporeans in Vietnam have not been affected by the demonstrations, but the Singapore government is continuing to monitor the situation closely, added the MFA.

Personally, I think the rioters/looters felt they are the lower side of the chain. they have nothing to lose at all as they may have nothing to begin with.

This is a very good example why I would never invest in a country that does not take care of the interest of foreign investors.

Foreign investors come to open factories, create jobs and contribute to the GDP.
This is what they get in return.

If the police lack of manpower then send in the army to maintain peace and order.

Waiting for China to kick their ass again.

Majority of Vietnamese are still peace loving ppl... Some even went thru Vietnam war to remember the suffering. Only a very minority started this riot.

There is no reason to target other nationalities but these lowlifes Vietnamese who whole day gamble and do nothing took this opportunity to rob the factories. Check out the youtube, these scums, rode their bikes and took whatever they could.

As why no police, guess only the authority has the reason. It is their own country, why we bother? We only want to enjoy our holidays there. The poorer the country, the better we are.

Lets get back to entertainment rather than politics.
