Sometimes middlemen withhold info from unsuspecting MLs that a certain unit kena raided before. If no one rents these units, they lose big-big. Not sure if this is the case tihs time.

Not neccesarily lose money, some kana white card but continue to stay for a very long period of time and they don't have to pay tax, but next time I don't think it is possible for her to come back when she is asked to leave.
