To me its not necessarily a sign of red flag. some newbies probably heard of horror stories of customers not paying or trying to negotiate down the price. I've seldom have a ML asking me to pay up front, happens mostly for Dome 1 girls.

Very uncommon for a ML to do that.. So far never encountered one..

no big deal, more likely to happen for customer with few/no reviews. Memorably, i visited a sg wolves FL before where after you enter the room have 3 A4 size paper pasted at strategic location around the room that says "Please pay before service". i praised her for the professionalism.
