I have a guideline which personally I feel this way:

If a lady advertise on multiple platforms, I tend to stay away and chances are they could be landmines. Maybe business no good so need multiple platforms to advertise.

Other websites do have massage categories. If a ML advertises as a ML on different sites, that shd not be a problem. From what I heard, they have packages for advertising on multiple sites?

multiple platform not as bad as different style pic and different mobile number on the same platform. that one is a serious red flag.

That's what I think too. The situation is indeed different now. Client diversity has also changed a bit. So there may be different business opportunities requiring different offerings.

Anyway, my pockets not deep so I'm just a traditional old school customer. Hahaha.
