Just curious under what circumstances will the record be bad? By far, I have not Chiong much and didn't missed any that I have book. Sometimes the record not accurate at all. The very first time I tried booking ML on SLG, I got replies from a few, except for 1. She accepted, but asked me if I will fly aeroplane. I said no, arrived 5 minutes earlier, and had a great session.
