and no, they are not dealing with the owner of the unit, there is a middle man that charges a mark up for "taking the risk" hence the exorbitant rental

That was why u see some MLs moving house like half yearly or quarterly. To rent a Condo unit normally needs to sign rental agreement for 1 or 2 years and pay 1 month deposit. Daily rental fee is more affordable to them albeit more expensive. Some units have malfunctioning aircon, washing machine, etc. and they have to pay for repair or servicing charges.

Some MLs will choose to get a local bf to rent the unit for them to save cost. Some senior cheongsters can probably tell who these MLs are.

Yes, because as much as the MLs are a landmine to you, you are also a landmine to them. For us, it maybe a matter of wasting $120 and an hour for a bad session. But to them, it might be losing everything that they have if kena caught.

Yep don't need worry too much about the database thing, there are 2 or 3 and a ML will normally of use 1, if they can't find your record in the one they are using they will text their buddies that are using the other 2 to check if your number is listed in those database if they really want your business.

Bro, yes I agree with you. Too eagerly trying to get a slot with ML will have opposite effect. Guess I was just too green at beginning thinking that texting a ml regularly will soften her stance. Now I will just move on if a ml not responding.

By far the most playability given by any ML I've taken so far in my limited cheonging days. I guess this is what many bros mean by heavy flavoured

Location : 10/10 for drivers, central, discreet entry (so hard to notice until I miss it once have to u-turn. I think quite walkable from public transport too. Room, bed and bathroom is clean - mid level hotel standard. Parking is free, direct access up via lift in basement. Traffic surprisingly quite active for a quiet place - met 2 people in the elevators.

Looks : 7.5/10 a bit post SYT but not bad looking. this is purely based on my taste preference but very well groomed, put in effort in make up and looking good

Body : 9.5/10. Body is totally my type, big headlights, tight enough body, smooth, cleanly shaven. Only minus off .5 because its not au naturale which is my dream but overall it was the bomb.
