Instead of improving and building more public transportation system for the mass commuter. Due to the never ending corruption, projects are mainly to benefit the rich.

They are talking of decongesting manila and keep adding more and more. Including Cavite Airport and Bulacan Airport. I know, Bulacan is not manila But not very far - decentralisation - should be really force companies to move out of NCR area, to move the people also ..
