Yes, points are not gonna get u a free bonk or anything (at least not with my gals..hee hee).....but it is a way of showing some kind of recognition/appreciation for bros tat contribute. People dun get points for doing nothing....lets give credit where credit is due.

So, to brand seniors etc like u did in the post above may not be very objective. Yes, all of us have our views.....and its the rite of all to voice our thoughts here.

Agree zapping shld be done with a rite mindset but while some comments may be blunt....there is truth in many of the comments given.

Such posts like urs above will not help u much. Do give recognition/respect where it is due....and not post such general remarks branding so many people in one post.

Just my view on this.....u are free to disagree of course.

that's why i said "some" seniors. Those who are affected will feel the pinch. I don't just simply blurt out blindly and spray my saliva on innocent guys. There are those few immature so called seniors who feel they wield some magical powers that they can zap or deduct "points" from others. I say to these people, get a life! Duh?!

Up to date, Big_Daddy has 53 postings.. giving some good pointers and also rather good FR.

Regardless of what Big_Daddy view about me.. I will up his point first for his contribution, and and take some consideration of his feedback as well.

Big_Daddy is a contributor of this Forum, regardless what he feels about my postings.

I would also like to clarify that I have only asked 1 guy to take a look at this thread and to give his views. That is all. I have NOT asked anyone else to gang up against Thread Starter.

At the same time, I have NEVER PM or made any post or ask anyone to give me points. I feel that points have be earned in a meaningful way and not ask around for others to give.

True that some brothers here may want to help him.. some of these people are doing it as a business, while I am not and most brudders here are also just volunteers. So we would like to invest our time and effort on people who are able to contribute freely and I (speaking for myself) detest people who are just here to take advantage of good intentions of contirbutors here with no intention of giving anything back to the forum.

By the way, I am used to received similar request in my PM worded in similar way as TS in his initial post. Not only I did not ZAP anyone of them, but I replied each PM with respect giving the benefit of doubts that the person whom PM me really needs help. And of course in Hanoi, where languauge and culture is a problem, I welcome even seasoned cheongsters to PM me.

This is the first time I Zap someone.. and my reason is that the way this TS opens a NEW Thread just for posting of his I-WANT-LIST is just over-board. I proceed to shoot him down because he keeps twisting his words. There are so many things he could have done like some brudders rightfully pointed out such as to spend some time to read the forum and PM specific Brudders to inquire for more info. Lacking of a better example, coming here as a NEWBIE and just starting a new Thread to say I-WANT-THIS-AND-THAT is just like an uninvited guest coming to your house and demanding that you should serve him with good food and service but you are not running a restaurant! Of course I am not claiming that I own this Forum, but I am sure many regulars here have a sense of belonging where we like to see more like-minded members.
