Easiest is to try hotel massage service but not sure if they have fj. Or search advertisements but risk getting bad service.

I think there was a thread on Dalian sometimes back. Maybe not popular as compared to other china cities.

There was a thread on Dalian a few years ago (3 plus years if I recalled).

I recalled visiting a bar named Alice Bar (Club). There are a few other bars around Alice Bar too. There are alot of FLs around. I recalled picking up a Russian in the bar. but out on the streets around the main roads there will be many trying to push their services (or recommend girls). Didn't try any of the side walk offers. My info may be rather outdated. Visited Dalian 3 years ago.
