Just returned from a week long trip to Bkk over the National Day holidays.
Went to mini-Thermae but alas that place is no more. Even the cafe is gone too. Fortunately I still had my little black book and some contacts are still active. Was told most of the mini thermae FLs migrated to FiwF.
Needless to say.... I was on FiwF everyday.
Similar to our FL Dome 1 and similarly has good and bad stables. Dun believe that the girls are independent coz they are not.... every FL is under a stable and switch n bait is common too.

Will post in detail when I have more free time.
Busy clearing work backlog.

I have a slightly different take on this, I believe they are all independent and decide if when they to work and set out their conditions for taking customers. The agencies who have a better record provide a marketing service (like hotel management companies) and help to screen out less desirable customers, also frees them from having to entertain many frivolous enquires. Also not so savory people would probably be more wary of doing stupid things when an agency is involved than an individual girl.
