Why court cases with bad news about PAP always stop halfway and delay or postpone until after an election and in this case after BE2012.
This case started before BE2012 but stop abruptly just before and during BE2012. It is like PAP's SOP.

The same thing happen for GE2006 when PAP MP Ahmad Khalis was charged in court after GE2006 but his case started before GE2006. He stepped down quietly at GE2006 only after one five-year term.
