There a number of ktvs here, recced about 3 in 1 stretch near the station捷運忠孝敦化站.

It's easy to spot the building as it's the only one with groups of well dressed young people gathering and smoking along the main road. There is a disco there too. You can probably spot it from all 4 station exits within 40m radius along the same road. At later hours, they will rest along the same stretch caring for the drunk puking friends or taking a taxi from the queue, much similar to the scene at Orchard tower.

I followed the crowd and took a lift up to check out the 2 KTV listed in the building directory. The two I checked out requires membership so I didn't get in. While waiting for a the lift to go down, I had a quick peek at the corridor and saw some pretty SYTs being brought to rooms.

Went to a joint called Fragrance at a adjacent building called 东区, there are courteous young men sitting at the ground floor with walkies asking you if you are here for a singing session if you approached the building entrance.
Fragrance charges NT3500 for first 2hours, every hour thereafter was NT2000 if I remembered correctly, beer was free although it was 6 cans of Taiwan beer. Was brought to a room and explained the charges very clearly by the young mummy in her late 20s. The room was enclosed with no glass panels with sitting capacity for about 4-5 guys. Was having a bikini theme night and I settled for the first choice which was a SYT in her early 20s still studying. A lean girl with nice sharp facial features, good B cup, in a skimpy bikini with a transparent scarf on the waist.

As I was very tired after finishing my work at 11pm and had not done my homework, I was happy to just chill, have beer and sing some songs. The joint was using an older menu system to select songs so I got the girl to enter the songs. She was mildly spontaneous sitting beside me with mild autoroam allowed. Sang most of the time with some chit chat session. No waiters came in during the entire session unless we paged for them.

Time passed quickly and I left with the girl's mobile supposedly to meet on Sunday. Will post on this if I have any thing worthly.

Overall, nice place with good privacy but a bit expensive for chilling. I might have wasted my opportunity with a ill chosen day and time. Didn't try on the groping or ask for any kisses.

Hope you have a better experience than mine.
