Yesterday went down to ICA to renew my wife 1year Long Term Social Visit Pass and they say that they have change their system now my wife got only 2 month extend and have to wait for letter like the first time i apply for her.Now she is holding the white card.Any bro here got this b4?Tks

Your wife is holding the white card now? How long does your wife hold the LTSVP from the first application? Has she reached the 2-yearly medical check-up? Have you applied SPR for her yet? ICA always change their system here and then. Hopefully your wife can get the 1-year extension again.

She reached her 2 year medical check up already.I ask the officer she say now all the people that are renewing the long term they all will have to wait for letter.And have to hold the white card.So i want to know any bro here kana this case b4 anot?

Don't worry, your case is normal, not unusual. I have extended my wife LTSVP for 2 1/2 years in the past. Have also got the white card after the medical check-up is expired. Your wife will get the LTSVP renewed after she has completed her medical check-up for fresh new submission again.

ICA changed their system. Your wife will get a Green coloured (look like I/C) card later... later they will give her back the 1 year LTSVP... its crappy, but what to do... we are not the SUPER rich
