It natural to not trust her because of the nature of her job here in sg and the circumstances that you have met her.

I would suggest that you do not ask your friend to go "try/tempt" her. If in the end you are really with her, this friend might be part of your group and then she finds out. Not really good right?

From my own perspective, if you are comfortable with wat you are commiting into this relationship, then by all means go ahead but still be wary of possible upsets occurring.

Money wise, just know that if it does not work out, you'll be losing this money. So as with gambling, play with what you have and is comfortable with losing. Then you'll be fine even if one day this relationship does not work out...

As u already mentioned, from the start u already know what kind of job she is in. U already said from the start, u are just playing with her, to win her heart so that her pussy will only belong to your small bro.
