Sounds like they don't even care what the customer wants. This is very unfair to the girl, the girl got recommendation because she has provided good service or she has some appealing physical attributes and it probably means that she has spend a lot of effort making sure that she stays in the loop, she should be rewarded for her effort and not take advantage of.
