Maybe because I'm not her regular RTM ba. Because really hard to get appointment with her after my first visit last time, so I patronize other MLs more. Most AP ML very easy to book after your first few visit.

Paying $10-$20 slightly higher price than market rate for looks or/and service is acceptable to me. I'm sure there are some who pay even more by "tipping".

There are some like crystal that I almost always tip to match the $120 AP market rate (sorry for spoiling market) simply because service good and looks also good. There are also some AP ML that service will drop once they get friendly with you after a few sessions. After one or two visits if the service still didn't go back up or they start giving black face or bad mood consistently, especially when I'm not the demanding or rough type, I will just stop RTM already.
