Under the new law, AV don't need a search warrant to raid a joint. They can even break down the door if you are too slow to open it! But if they are rude and behave like hooligans then you have the right to lodge a complaint.

Bro, you are correct. Normal enforcement officers action are confidential, pre-approved and no need for warrant.
Licensee and staff are expected to co-operate with them.
Otherwise, discipline action may apply, eg. warning letter, cancellation of licence, or not renewable after expiry.
Certainly, any public or licencee can make complaint if they do not feel comfortable.

Before you make any complaint make sure it is legitimate as now SOP for raids is the action is recorded realtime via bodycam and commander back at HQ can see & hear whats happening on the ground during the raid.

Nowadays "see water" is oso not easy. Gahmen has so many CCTVs all over the island that they now have the capability to "outsee" the lookouts.

These are the prime targets of AV coz very often they "hang goat's head and sell dog's meat"! Many have been raided and have closed shop. Just check out those along Jalan Besar

The proper MPs are also subjected to regular checks by AV to ensure that they have qualified and licensed masseuses.
