Can share my experience in Tobita Shinchi, Osaka.

You can see the girl as they’re sitting just inside the shop, so what you see is what you get. Qualities of girls varies, but in general the more south (further from Doubutsuenmae/Tennouji station) you go the older they get.

No shower like Matsushima Shinchi, the girl will just wipe the area with some wet wipes. GFE varies depending on girls. The one I had just now has superb GFE. The one I had before not so.

Price starts from 11k for 15 minutes, and they are mostly open to foreigners I think (some mama-san will call out to you in Chinese/Korean if you don’t respond to Japanese), but there are foreigner charge of 5k if I’m not wrong. If you speak some Japanese (I learned for a bit under a year) and the girl likes you they might charge you local price instead. Basically they have 2 price cards for local and foreigners.

For me I agreed for extra shots with the girl and there are no extra charge for extra shots.
