Haven't been chionging at JSP for quite some time (for reason I think some of you can guess lah huh). But I read some previous post and I see some bros paid more than market rate ($200 too much sial!) So I do everyone a favour lah that I copied down from posts b4.

Breakdown rates:

1st, 2nd and 3rd floor - Entrance fee $40-$45 ($50 high side)
Services: HJ $50 but can try nego, HJ+FJ no more than $100-$120 but can nego

4th floor - Entrance fee no more than $20 (but I got kena $25-$30 b4 just nego lor)
Services: HJ $20, BJ $30 but can nego, BJ+FJ $30-$50 see how you nego.

Base on exp Lvl 4 got some good ones some charge higher just use your nego skills, some abit mechanical. Base on what I read b4, if you regular maybe can get better attention???

The rates are what I copied from previous posts. And I only chiong 4th floor. Hope this helps fellow bros better keep chionging
