For bros having a China Citibank atm card, just been told all withdrawal has no bank charges as long as atm has the "union pay" 银联 logo n valid over the world. Now I no need go Mcarthur in AC for withdrawal.
And within China all atms irregardless of bank withdrawal also no fees charges.

You mean you can use a foreign (non Philippines) Citibank card at any ATM in the Phils without any charges as long as it has a 银联 logo? How many banks in the Phils would be part of the 银联 network?

raining since mid morning, light raining continue thru noon and evening, roads are wet and dirty. for those in town, u might want to get ready umbrella.

since raining, the hot air balloon festival might not have activities today, just assume only.

New hotel in town:

EUROTEL (next to Devera Hotel) has opened its door.

Room rates for Studio is 1850 p and Standard is 1900 p.

On their website still not listed the AC branch, but can go their Facebook page for the contact details.

Yes Citi does have this service for certain debit account holders. No service charge throughout the world (as far as I'm aware of), if you withdraw from a Citi ATM. However if draw cash in a diff currency, the exchange rate go at discount of 1.5 to 3 percent.

In comparison, Money changer in AC would take about 1 to 1.5%.

23 Feb
1am cleared AC immigration where saw abt 3 hundred Koreans queing after me. Take jeep n settled at hotel.
ex-gf said too tired meet next morning, so roam to fields eat supper n spend some time in Magaritas before returning to hotel to sleep.


12pm met up w ex-gf went angeles for 2 hrs pool n back at icarus for set lunch. Very hungry ordered 3 sets --2 sets chicken n 1 set chopsuey.
No more free drinks w set lunch -- so sort of price increase but still good value for 65p. Then bought many packets of potato chips at JJ.

5pm Back to hotel n hv 1st sexxion, had to tell her not to be too rough on me during bbbj -- prefer the slow sensual than the fast furious pornstar type.

As of last year, Citibank cards issued outside of Asia (ex USA, Canada etc) have started charging 200p/ Atm withdraws even though its Citibank but seems foreign affiliations are different depending on which part of the world. Sucks but true
