Currently, no...
Last time, there was one.. but it was closed recently.. The shop was Angel Cybercafe , located along the main road of Lor 20 ,Geylang. It was a TN cum Internet cafe.. ( there are few PRCs wearing miniskirt.) Massage = $28 per hour , Internet usage-$3 per hour. There were a few PCs in a main hall and 3 rooms for you-know- what.. You can ask gal to guide you in a PC ,saying you dont understand some Chinese characters. As gal was standing besides you, clicking mouse, you can rabba rabba her buttock..( Thats what one guy doing besides me (I was at cyber cafe that day..) ( Unfortunately, I dont have much cash with me, or else.. I might call gal and we would end up in a private room...) I am looking for such cybercafe also..
