This is true, sore throat is a symptom, worse case is you get it but no real symptoms until later when it starts to germinate and become active.

Not proud of it but I kenna in this fashion, in terms of series of symptoms, not about the WL.

Try taking good care of your oral hygiene. After frenching FL, go home, try oil pulling, then brush your teeth as per normal.
