U not bad lay still got goodwill letter , i simi.goodwill pun.bo only got a $220 check on tuesday from my company which told me is from insurance claim for my medical bill which i sustain minor injury from a rusty nail late last year .
Nb 200+ dollars need to take nearly a year to.claim back , me only collect back my medical receipt of 220 nia , but ah company dunno claim how much , knn i still looking forward with a nice sum of insurance compensation wtf

Medical wages is a must to give under mom wica law. So goodwill is like the employer saying actually employer dun want to give but employer give u.

Employer benefit by not paying u cpf. Btw i two days ago e9n9 and currently serving low key ict. All the sgts, LT, snr staff sgt, cpt all know my pes and they are checking on everyone's pes status and even excuse letter. So many excuse letters no use, most impt is pes, even excuse heavy load no use, still have to full battle order sbo on mob. Next ict is high key and will definitely be a disaster. If safety protocol is breached will get charged. First day late ict must inform or charged for awol. Long ago ict is very good got friday off, now and future will get worse.

I a little good mood so i write irregardless of consequences.

Why not we talk privately in pm or email or hp further? As i know any further replies by others will be redundant or salty remarks. And there are female samsters too and 100% females here confirm do not have work injury. So i wish to keep the discussion away from those who dun have work injuries and also females.

The correct procedure is bring your excuse letter to see the MO and get it certified, then they can't touch you unless they asking for trouble

And I'm not sure which camp you come from, but ICTs usually never have Fridays off, only weekends. Also long ago ICTs can be 20 days, nowadays only 10+

Obviously u nv experience anything in life. MO or specialist excuse letter or whatever does not matter. Even if excuse heavy heavy load, also take trolley pull 10kg sbo. Most impt is pes status, the rest does not matter.

If u dun mind, we end this topic of discussion. This is the army, lawyers outside cannot interfere. There is already legislation to avoid outside interference. Only problem they will face is masses of facebook complaints, nothing else. If have any accident in ict, just file accident report, that's it. But likelyhood is very rare as lieutant, capt, snr staff sgt, sgt are charging anyone who does not follow safety protocol, absolutely no way to get injured and no way to get compensation whatsoever. But this compensation is a very sensitive topic and u should know the answers of both sides of the coin.

Firstly work place injuries must subit I report if MC more than 3 days.
Even you cancel his permit he wont go back and he will engage lawyer and send you letter.
Once under special pass you need to pay him basic salary,accomodation and medical fee.
Under MOM case you wil be in deep shit coz MOM protect workers welfare.

U want to talk about official directive i tell u.

Excuse heavy load - means excuse 10kg
Cannot carry field pack, but can carry rifle, carry sbo. Mobilization not outfield, say cannot carry full battle order, then ask ur camp mates to help u carry. This is what MO tell me.

Now i pes E9N9, so it does not matter anymore to me. But others like pes C9L9 with excuse heavy load have to accept this hard truth. Another way is talk to your unit captain or unit commander, so u are at their mercy. They also can say u report sick to MO, if MO still give same thing excuse heavy load, u still have to sbo, rifle. Or u can report sick outside, get MC, still have to come back to camp to endorse MC. Complain to ns portal also no use, it may make things more worse, okay can excuse carry rifle, but must carry sbo. And the new duffel bag now got trolley wheels too, can put ur field pack and sbo inside.

And specialist excuse letter is not an enforcement, medical reports mri, ct scan xray is more important. End of the day, MO is the one who makes the final decision.

Now funboi and TomAfolter, u counter this argument. There is very limited solutions to avoid carrying sbo and just want to scan ic for mobilization and nothing else.

So you just answered yourself saying you CAN be excused regardless of your pes status, so as long as the MO certify your document, which they will and have to
