VIP & its branches are all back in business...... but unless they know you very well as a customer..... they not let you into their premises.
They prefer to do outcalls now...... book their gals from photos display in telegram chatgroup and they will send the gals to your place within JB vicinity only.

If you lucky enough to be let into their premises..... bring your own F&B hor...... since they no have any bangla worker..... only have soft drinks available in the canteen. Want to eat got maggi mee but have to self cook. On hindsight.... better to book and outcall in own hotel.

Just went to VIP last night and it is closed. I have found a few MP operating, mostly clean ones. A few FJ places are open, however these are not spas and do not provide any massage.

JB is a large place and many places have opened. Here are a few that might meet your needs

NY spa is open
Crown Hotel spa is open
HV spa is open; not confirmed
Sawadee Resort spa at ksl is open
Sawedee Gold spa is open
Bangkok Spa is open

There are many others as well that are open and many clean spas are also open.
