Unless the okt allow more income for them and lowering down their profits a little then is easier to scout.

I would like to add my own opinion to this discussion..

First of all, the gals here are under strict rules not to go out of their houses, even when off work. This, I feel is to our benefit, cheongsters benefit. Why? Cos, if the gals can move around freely... too freely, nothing to stop them from eagerly earning more money.

Let's face it, they ARE here to earn money. And if staying in their own houses does not give them enough earnings, they will cut card and go back, where they know they can earn. I have heard gals who sit in houses for 3 straight days, and no business.. if a whole week passes and they got barely enough to keep themselves going, why stay?

And to be honest, I won't want the gals to go out and moonlight on their own, cos if they get STDs or worst, they will pass on to us cheongsters, who go GY usually cos the gals have checkups, and the rooms are clean, etc etc.

Second, on their earning more, I would disagree. In PRC, those who choose to come here, might not make it back home, for various reasons.. and if they can't face the competition back home, they have to go out of their country, in hopes of earning more.. or even a stable income.

However, there is nothing to stop the regular customer, approaching the gals, or even the OKTs and offering to "bao" or take them out. Let's face it, this kind of arrangements happen all the time, there is no stopping it. You either have the money to seduce the gals or the OKTs, or you have the looks and charm to get the gals to go out with you. Either way, no one can really stop it.

But, once the gals, OKTs are caught, well.. reprecussions will happen.

Recently, the Zika has caused many customers to stay afrom GY, for fear of spreading to their loved ones or spouses. This can't be helped, but because of this ,I have heard many gals went back.. because on top of business being slow.. the disease has made business even worse.

I just have one suggestion... allow the gals who want to work here, to have free time, but with a guardian, someone who watches them when they go out and have fun, relax.. and make sure they go home on time. Plus, think of a way to allow them to go home for a short break and come back to work.. or even ways to extend their work, if they so desire.

Behaviour, performance (as in not taking so many rest days or even no bad complaints from customers) can be considered for their submissions.

Well ,it's just me.. cos I want those who provide good svc to really stay on.. especially when they have all the intent to do so.

1) how much income tax does the spore police collect from the legal joints yearly?

IIRC, the length of ban is at least (2 years + remaining months of the 2 years service). If the WL cut card after 1 month of service, that mean she needs to wait for at least 47 month before she can apply for the visa.

yellow card gal not only disallowed to go to hotels with customers, they are not allowed to go out with customer to any other place except the brothel house

OKT wont stay in the brother house as they stay with their family. Typically they install the CCTV with motion sensors which will notify or send captured images to their handphone. Most of the house allows WL to go out with their mate or alone after work or off day and need to return to their house before a time fixed by the OKT (say 3am). OKT will warn those WL who come back late and may use this as an excuse to send her home if needed.
